All the team members started their international career with working for several years at one of the "big 5" international law firms in the Netherlands. We specialize in corporate law, focusing primarily on joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, private equity/venture capital work and (inter)national reorganisations. We also provide general corporate law advice. Our client base primarily consists of Dutch, European and American private equity establishments.
